I love to see the ideas and dreams of our clients brought to life through the knowledge and creativity of our team.

As Construction Manager my role is similar to a composer of music who needs to get all the composition and notes right, and select the best musicians, so that everything will be played in harmony.

Similarly I need to write a program, get all the details right and appoint professional tradespeople to ensure that a beautiful home or building is constructed.

My goal is for the construction journey to flow smoothly, with the minimum of stress for all involved.

When considering any building or renovation project it is very important for you to be very precise about what it is that you want to achieve, and also for you to set a realistic budget that you are willing to spend on your project. All limitations of finance, time and design must be considered.

At BG Projects we work with an upfront budget and schedule which is established before the project is started. This saves time, stress and money for all involved.
